Bugsy Siegel ghost stories at the Flamingo

Benjamin "Bugsy" Siegel financed and helped open the Flamingo Hotel in 1946 and was murdered in 1947; the property has long been associated with Siegel in Las Vegas lore. Guests and some employees have reported sightings, unexplained footsteps, and other anecdotes attributed to Siegel in the Flamingo. These reports form a persistent local urban legend, but they remain anecdotal and are debated rather than scientifically verified.
