Bristol Improv Theatre

Bristol Improv Theatre (BIT) is a unique venue and charity located in a Grade II listed building in Clifton, Bristol, dedicated to improvisational theatre. Established in 2012, it became the first permanent improv theatre in the South West after renovations in 2017. BIT hosts a variety of performances, including the annual Bristol Improv Marathon, and offers courses through its Improv Theatre School, attracting over 1300 students annually. The theatre also supports amateur performers through its Unscripted Players program, fostering creativity and community engagement in the vibrant arts scene of Bristol.
