The Lindemann and Hoverson Company Showroom and Warehouse, located in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, is a historic industrial building constructed in 1924. Designed by architect Paul Gerhardt, Sr., this unique structure stands out with its formal design and ornamental features, including a terra cotta-clad showroom with pilasters and a frieze. The building, which originally served as a manufacturing site for heaters, stoves, and electric kitchen tools, was occupied by the company until 1941.
