Vallot Hut

The Vallot Hut is an emergency refuge situated at an altitude of 4,362 meters on the upper slopes of Mont Blanc in the Alps. Nestled below the Bosses Ridge between the Dome du Gouter and the Mont Blanc summit, this unique duralumin shelter is designed to accommodate up to 12 people, although it often hosts more. While not intended as a base for climbing Mont Blanc, it serves as a crucial haven for climbers facing adverse conditions in this challenging and breathtaking region.
