Crocketts Bluff Hunting Lodge

The Crocketts Bluff Hunting Lodge, located in Crocketts Bluff, Arkansas, is a historic site that highlights the region's rich hunting heritage, particularly known for its abundant duck and fish populations. Originally built in 1938 by lumber magnate Sam Fullerton, the lodge served as a retreat for his business clients during hunting season. After a fire destroyed the original structure in 1955, Fullerton's grandson constructed the current lodge in 1956 using local materials. The lodge has changed ownership several times, becoming part of the Potlatch Lumber Company and later the Frank Lyon Company, which continued its legacy as a hunting and fishing destination.
