William Decker House

The William Decker House, built in 1730 by early settler Garrett Decker and expanded in 1776 by his descendant William, is a historic landmark located in Shawangunk, New York. Nestled by the Dwaarkill creek, this house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It once housed the Colonial Inn 1776 restaurant, which unfortunately suffered a fire in 2008, though the house itself sustained minimal damage.
