Sprague's Super Service

Sprague's Super Service is a historic gas station located on Route 66 in Normal, Illinois, recognized as a local landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1931 in Tudor Revival style, it originally served as a service station and café, featuring two apartments above. After ceasing fuel operations in 1971, the building transitioned through various businesses until a restoration effort began in 2006. Now known as Ryburn Place, it operates as a visitor center and gift shop, showcasing local art and serving as a testament to the rich history of Route 66.
