Museum of Ice Cream SoHo pop-up

The Museum of Ice Cream opened a prominent SoHo pop-up at 558 Broadway in 2016 that featured immersive, colorful installations designed for visitor interaction and photography. The exhibits were intentionally built to encourage visitor photos and social-media sharing, and images from the installations circulated widely on Instagram and lifestyle blogs. The SoHo location helped establish the Museum of Ice Cream brand as an internet-famous experiential venue before it expanded to other cities.
