Vessel at Hudson Yards

Vessel is a honeycomb-like, climbable structure designed by Thomas Heatherwick and Heatherwick Studio and completed in 2019 as part of the Hudson Yards development. The 16-story structure consists of interconnecting staircases and platforms and was conceived as a public landmark and visitor attraction at 20 Hudson Yards. The installation has experienced changing access policies following safety incidents since its opening.
