Faulkner House (Acton, Massachusetts)

The Faulkner House is the oldest colonial-era structure in Acton, Massachusetts, originally built for Ephraim Jones, a pioneer in the textile industry. This historic house served as a garrison during Queen Anne's War and later for the South Acton Militia during the American Revolutionary War. It played a crucial role in the events of April 18, 1775, when Paul Revere's ride led to the assembly of local militia at the house.
