St. James Cathedral - neo-Gothic seat of the Archdiocese

St. James Cathedral is the Roman Catholic cathedral serving the Archdiocese of Seattle and is located in the First Hill neighborhood. The building is designed in a neo-Gothic style and was completed in the early 20th century; it contains traditional Gothic elements such as pointed arches and stained glass windows. It remains an active parish and the ceremonial seat of the archbishop.
