Craig Biggio's 3,000th hit at Minute Maid Park

On June 28, 2007, Houston Astros second baseman Craig Biggio recorded his 3,000th major-league hit at Minute Maid Park with an infield single in the 11th inning off Padres pitcher Clay Hensley. Biggio spent his entire 20-year MLB career with the Astros and reached the milestone in front of the home crowd. He was later elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2015.
