Copenhagen Central Post Building

The Copenhagen Central Post Building, located in the Vesterbro district, is a stunning example of Neo-Baroque architecture designed by Heinrich Wenck, who also created the nearby Central Station. Completed in 1912, this historic building originally served as the headquarters for the Danish Post and Telegraph Company. Today, it has been transformed into Villa Copenhagen, a luxury hotel that opened in April 2020. The building's rich history dates back to 1624, reflecting the evolution of Danish Mail Services and its architectural significance in the early 20th century.
