Dubai Towers Istanbul

Dubai Towers Istanbul was an ambitious skyscraper project planned for the Levent district of Istanbul, Turkey, featuring twin towers designed to be the tallest buildings in the country. Tower 1 was projected to soar over 300 meters with 94 floors, while Tower 2 was to reach 240 meters with 74 floors. The development aimed to include luxury residential apartments, penthouses, a boutique hotel, and high-end retail spaces, all situated in a prime location near existing skyscrapers. Proposed by Sama Dubai, the project represented a significant investment in Istanbul's skyline, but it was ultimately cancelled in 2012.
