Forney Museum of Transportation

The Forney Museum of Transportation preserves and exhibits historic vehicles including automobiles, motorcycles, locomotives, and horse-drawn carriages. The museum is located on Brighton Boulevard in Denver's Elyria-Swansea/Globeville area and offers rotating displays and educational programs about transportation history. Its collection grew from the personal assemblage of industrialist J.D. Forney and is presented in a large exhibition space that is open to the public.
