Clowes Memorial Hall at Butler University

Clowes Memorial Hall opened in 1963 on the Butler University campus and was designed by architect Evans Woollen. The hall has hosted Butler University musical and theatrical performances as well as national touring artists and Broadway productions. It has a seating capacity of roughly 2,100 and is regarded as a major performing-arts venue in Indianapolis.
