Perot Museum of Nature and Science (distinctive architecture)

The Perot Museum of Nature and Science opened on December 1, 2012, in Victory Park and was designed by architect Thom Mayne. Its cube-like, cantilevered structure and textured exterior make it one of Dallas's most photographed modern buildings. Images of the museum's exterior and interior exhibits are widely shared on social media and have been repurposed in internet posts and memes about futuristic or unusual architecture.
