G. Rollie White Coliseum

The G. Rollie White Coliseum was an iconic indoor arena located at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Opened in 1954, it served as the home for the Aggie volleyball team and hosted men's and women's basketball games until the construction of Reed Arena in 1998. Known affectionately as the 'Jollie Rollie' or 'The Holler House on the Brazos', the coliseum had a seating capacity of 7,800 and was notable for hosting the NCAA volleyball tournament ten times. The arena was demolished in August 2013 to facilitate the redevelopment of the nearby Kyle Field, marking the end of an era for many who cherished the venue as a significant part of Aggie sports history.
