Opryland USA theme park (demolished)

Opryland USA was a country-music–themed amusement park that operated adjacent to the Grand Ole Opry from 1972 until it closed in 1997. The park's rides and attractions were demolished in 1998 and much of the site was redeveloped as the Opry Mills shopping mall and related commercial properties. The transformation removed the original themed landscapes and ride complexes that once occupied the site.
