Albion Castle (Albion Brewery)

Albion Castle, also known historically as the Albion Brewery, is a stone castle-like brewery complex built in the 1870s that incorporates underground spring-fed cisterns and vaulted tunnels. The structure and its subterranean waterworks are an uncommon example of 19th-century industrial architecture and private castle-style construction in San Francisco. The property has been privately owned and has been the subject of preservation interest and occasional public tours.
