Pebble Hill

Pebble Hill, also known as the Scott-Yarbrough House, is a historic antebellum cottage located in Auburn, Alabama, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Originally built in 1847 by Colonel Nathaniel J. Scott, the house showcases Greek Revival architecture and has a rich history tied to the Creek Tribe and the Civil War. After various ownerships, it is now home to the Caroline Marshall Draughon Center for the Arts & Humanities at Auburn University, offering tours and programs that explore art, history, and literature. Visitors can enjoy the beautifully restored property, which features 19th and 20th-century artifacts and hosts community events.
