Hotel Emma

Hotel Emma occupies a restored brewhouse within the Pearl Brewery complex and opened as a boutique hotel in 2015. The adaptive reuse preserved industrial elements such as exposed brick, steel, and original mechanical features while adding public restaurants and event spaces. The hotel is named for Emma Koehler, who ran the Pearl Brewery in the early 20th century.
