Elvis Presley's death at Graceland

Elvis Presley was found unresponsive in the bathroom of his Graceland home in Memphis on August 16, 1977. The Shelby County medical examiner's report listed cardiac arrhythmia as the immediate cause of death, and prescription drug use was documented in subsequent investigations. Graceland, his residence at the time, is preserved as a museum and is widely cited as the location of his death.
