Casa Navarro State Historic Site

Casa Navarro is the preserved 19th-century home and complex associated with José Antonio Navarro, a Tejano leader and signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence. The site includes original adobe and caliche structures and operates as a state historic site and house museum interpreting Navarro's life and early San Antonio civic history. It is one of the few remaining structures directly associated with a major figure from early Texas statehood.
