Frank J. Guarini Justice Complex

The Frank J. Guarini Justice Complex, set to be completed in 2024, is an innovative judicial facility in Jersey City, New Jersey. This modern complex will feature a five-story courthouse and offices, a one-and-a-half-story building for the Surrogate court, and a six-story parking garage with 471 spaces. Designed with security in mind, it will include ballistic-rated windows and separate entrances for the public, staff, and inmates. The complex replaces the outdated Hudson County Administration Building and is named after notable New Jersey politician Frank J. Guarini, making it a significant addition to the region's architectural and civic landscape.
