Lea Castle is a fascinating Neo-Gothic mock castle located near Wolverley, England, originally built in 1762 by Edward Knight. It has a rich history, having changed hands multiple times, notably owned by the Brown-Westhead family by 1848. Despite its grandeur, the castle fell into disrepair and was partially demolished in 1945. Today, visitors can explore the remaining north lodges and gateway, which reflect its 19th and 20th-century architecture. Designated as a Scheduled Monument in 2003, Lea Castle offers a glimpse into England's architectural heritage and the stories of its past.
