Philbrick–Eastman House

The Philbrick–Eastman House, built in 1847 in the Greek Revival style, is a historic landmark located at 17 West McDonough Street in Savannah, Georgia. Once hailed as 'the finest home in the city,' it was designed by Charles B. Cluskey and originally served as a residence for notable figures, including local silversmith Moses Eastman. The building underwent significant renovations in the 1950s and a recent rehabilitation in 2015, preserving its architectural integrity while adapting it for commercial use. Recognized for its historical significance, it features iron railings adorned with medallions of prominent men and is part of the Savannah Historic District. As of 2021, it serves as the headquarters for The Parker Companies and has received accolades for its restoration efforts.
