Old Post Office Tower (Clock Tower)

The Old Post Office building was completed in 1899 as the U.S. Post Office Department's Washington headquarters and its 315-foot clock tower remains a prominent historic landmark. The tower contains an observation gallery managed by the National Park Service that provides panoramic views of downtown Washington, D.C. The Old Post Office has been adaptively reused over time while retaining its historic clock tower and arcade spaces.
