Metropol Parasol

Metropol Parasol, also known as Setas de Sevilla, is a striking wooden structure located in La Encarnación square, Seville, Spain. Designed by architect Jürgen Mayer and completed in 2011, it is celebrated as the world's largest wooden structure, measuring 150 by 70 meters and standing 26 meters tall. The unique design features six mushroom-like parasols that provide shade over a public plaza, a traditional market, restaurants, and an archaeological museum showcasing Roman and Moorish artifacts. The site has become a popular urban landmark, attracting tourists with its panoramic terraces offering stunning views of Seville's historic city center.
