Grand Park Centre

Grand Park Centre, also known as the Michigan Mutual Building, is a historic high-rise office building located in downtown Detroit at 28 West Adams Avenue. Constructed in 1922, it originally served as the headquarters for Strohs Brewery Company, featuring a rooftop beer garden. The building showcases Chicago School architectural style and has undergone significant renovations, including the addition of two floors and a nine-story Annex in the 1950s. Today, it is surrounded by attractions such as Grand Circus Park, Comerica Park, and Ford Field, making it a notable landmark in the vibrant Foxtown neighborhood.
