First National Bank Building (Smith Center, Kansas)

The First National Bank Building, constructed in 1889 in Smith Center, Kansas, is a historic landmark known for its striking Richardsonian Romanesque architecture. This red brick and stone structure served as the second home for the county's oldest bank until 1930 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.
