Asia-Pacific Financial Plaza

The Asia-Pacific Financial Plaza is a striking 169.8-meter tall skyscraper located in the Lingya District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Completed in 1992, it was designed by Hoy Architects & Associates and marked a significant architectural achievement as the first building in Taiwan to exceed 150 meters in height. For a brief period, it held the title of the tallest building in Taiwan, surpassing the Tuntex Tower, before being overtaken by the Chang-Gu World Trade Center just three months later.
