Delfi Orchard

Delfi Orchard is a unique housing and shopping complex located at the intersection of Orchard Road and Claymore Road in Singapore, completed in 1984. This six-storey residential block sits atop a five-storey retail podium, designed with a striking 'neopariés' façade. Initially aimed at international tourists and local shoppers, it featured upscale goods and a department store catering to the middle-class. Over the years, it has evolved, losing some luxury tenants but remaining a popular hub for bridal stores. In 2024, it was acquired for potential redevelopment, marking a new chapter for this historically significant site that was once the first major Japanese commercial investment in Singapore.
