Feller-Barsch Homestead

The Feller-Barsch Homestead, located in Gillespie County, Texas, is a historic site recognized for its significance in the region's history. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2019, this property traces its origins back to 1852 when it was sold by notable figures John Coffee Hays and Henry M. Lewis to William Feller. The homestead later expanded when Carl Frederick Barsch acquired additional land in 1867 and again in 1911. This site offers a glimpse into Texas's rich heritage and the development of early settlements.
