Kimball Farmer House

The Kimball Farmer House, located in Arlington, Massachusetts, is a historic two-story wood-frame structure built in 1826. Notable for its Federal style architecture, the house features unique rear chimneys and a front entry adorned with Gothic-style lancet tracing. It has been home to three generations of the Farmer family and served various commercial and residential purposes throughout the 20th century. In 2014, it was restored by the Housing Corporation of Arlington, transforming it into three affordable apartments while preserving its historic charm. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in American history and architecture.
