Transamerica Pyramid skyscraper

Designed by architect William Pereira and completed in 1972, the Transamerica Pyramid rises to 853 feet and was San Francisco’s tallest building until the completion of the Salesforce Tower. Its distinctive pyramidal profile is a long-standing element of the Financial District skyline. The building's lobby and plaza occupy the Montgomery Street address in downtown San Francisco.
