Mulford Building

The Mulford Building is a historic light manufacturing loft located in the Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Constructed between 1912 and 1913, this nine-story structure features a steel frame and is clad in brick, showcasing Classical Revival architectural style. Measuring 400 by 100 feet, it originally served clothing manufacturers before being acquired by the H. K. Mulford Company, a pharmaceutical manufacturer, in 1918. The building continued to be used for clothing manufacturing after 1963 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004, making it a notable site for both tourists and researchers interested in industrial history and architecture.
