The Bank of Commerce Building, also known as the CIBC Building, is a prominent 16-story office tower in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia, standing at 66 meters tall. Completed in 1977, it serves as the Atlantic regional headquarters for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and is part of the Granville Place development, which includes the Delta Barrington Inn and Barrington Place Shops. The building features approximately 280,000 square feet of office space and is connected to the Downtown Halifax Link system, making it easily accessible for visitors. Owned by Crombie REIT, the building is situated on land leased from CIBC, with the lease set to expire in 2047.
