Phillips Farm

Phillips Farm, also known as Percy-Pitt Farm, is a historic house located in Suffolk, Virginia, built around 1820. This unique 1+1⁄2-story frame house features an English basement, gable roof, and clerestory dormer windows, making it a rare example of clerestory architecture in the region. An addition was made in 1848, enhancing its historical significance. The farm was recognized for its heritage and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture.
