Zebra Tower is a striking 17-storey office building located in the heart of Warsaw, Poland, at 1 Mokotowska Street. Opened in 2010, it stands at a height of 60 meters and boasts a total floor area of 18,280 m². Designed by Martin Tröthan and Piotr Bujnowski, the tower was developed by S+B Gruppe and constructed by Bilfinger Berger Budownictwo. Notably, Zebra Tower made history in 2011 by becoming the first building in Poland to achieve the LEED Gold certification for its sustainable design. The same year, it was sold for 76 million euros, marking a significant milestone in the developer's history. This modern architectural landmark is a must-see for tourists and researchers interested in contemporary urban development.
