Le Schuylkill

Le Schuylkill is a historic high-rise residential building located at 19 Boulevard de Suisse in Saint Michel, Monaco. Completed in 1970, it stands at 78 metres tall with twenty-five storeys, making it the first modern skyscraper in the principality and the fourteenth tallest building in Monaco. The building has notable connections to prominent figures, including heiress Hélène Pastor and her family. In May 2023, plans for a €170 million renovation were approved, aiming to transform the building into an all-residential complex with 142 apartments, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, with construction set to begin in March 2024 and completion expected by 2028.
