Alamodome

The Alamodome is a domed, multipurpose stadium that opened in 1993 and was designed to host large-scale sporting events, conventions, and concerts. It hosted the 1993 NCAA Final Four and served as the home venue for the NBA's San Antonio Spurs from 1993 until 2002. The facility's large, column-free interior and distinctive dome allowed it to accommodate events such as college football bowl games, rodeos, and major concerts. The Alamodome is located near downtown San Antonio and the Henry B. González Convention Center.
