Lovin and Withers Cottages

Lovin and Withers Cottages, a historic complex of five Bungalow/Craftsman style cottages in Kingman, Arizona, were built in 1916 and are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Located at the corner of Eighth and Topeka Streets, these cottages represent early 20th-century investment properties, originally serving as rentals. They were recognized for their historical significance in 1986 as part of a broader study of Kingman's historic resources.
