Zündorf Synagogue

The Zündorf Synagogue, built in 1882, served as a center for the Jewish community in Zündorf, near Cologne, Germany. This historic site reflects the rich Jewish heritage of the area, which dates back to before 1700. Originally a vibrant congregation space, the synagogue fell into disrepair after World War II and was later converted into a residential building. Visitors can explore the remnants of the Jewish cemetery established in 1923, which contains eight graves, offering a glimpse into the past of this once-thriving community.
