Mission Control Center (Johnson Space Center)

NASA's Mission Control Center in Building 30 at the Johnson Space Center coordinated the Apollo 11 lunar landing in July 1969, managing communications and flight operations between Houston and the lunar module. The MCC later served as mission control for Space Shuttle missions and continues to support International Space Station operations. The facility and its flight control rooms are part of JSC's operational campus and historical legacy.
