101 Tower (Kyiv)

101 Tower is a prominent 27-story skyscraper located in Kyiv, Ukraine, completed in 2012. Known for housing prestigious tenants like the Ukrainian headquarters of Samsung and the German Embassy's visa department, it stands as a significant business center. However, the building suffered extensive damage during Russian airstrikes in October 2022 amid the ongoing conflict, leading to its closure for reconstruction. Originally designed with 34 floors, the project was revised to 27 floors before completion. Notably, it became the first office building in Ukraine to feature its own electric vehicle charging station in 2016.
