Christ Church (Old Christ Church)

Christ Church in Philadelphia, often called Old Christ Church, is an 18th-century Anglican church whose building was completed in the mid-1700s and served prominent colonial and Revolutionary-era figures. The church retains its historic masonry structure and eighteenth-century interior features and has an associated burial ground with marked graves of early American notables. It is preserved as a historic parish and is part of Independence National Historical Park's interpretive resources.
