The Durham Centre is a prominent 15-story office skyscraper located in Downtown Durham, North Carolina, at 300 West Morgan Street. Completed in 1988, it stands as the second tallest building in the area, offering a striking view of the city skyline. Originally named People's Security Tower, it features three levels of garage parking and was initially part of a larger development plan that included a twin tower for residential use, which was ultimately canceled. Today, a small greenspace exists nearby, providing a pleasant area for relaxation amidst the urban setting.
