Sagirov Mansion

The Sagirov Mansion, located in Rostov-on-Don's Liberty Square, is a historic building constructed in the 1890s, recognized as a cultural heritage site. Designed by architect N. N. Durbakh, it originally served as the residence of businessman A. S. Sagirov. The mansion later transformed into a cinema, known as Eldorado, one of the city's first, and underwent several name changes over the years. Its architectural style blends elements of classicism and baroque, featuring a prominent facade with decorative details. Despite renovations that altered its original appearance, the mansion remains a significant landmark, reflecting the city's rich history and cultural evolution.
