Deacon Daniel Green House

The Deacon Daniel Green House, located at 747 Main Street in Wakefield, Massachusetts, is a historic 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure built during the early Federal period (1750–1785). Notable for its unique architectural style, the house features a gable roof and clapboard siding, and is one of the few remaining examples of its kind in the area. It was home to Deacon Daniel Green in 1785, who relocated from Stoneham. The house was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, making it an interesting site for both tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and local history.
